COMMUNITY VOLUNTEER
I served on the Board of Directors for Pinewood Performing Arts (PPA) for seven years, focusing on event planning, management, content creation, marketing, social media, and community engagement. While all my contributions to PPA were meaningful and impactful, I particularly valued my collaboration with Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Heartland. This partnership allowed me to offer them behind-the-scenes experiences and workshops, as well as invitations to our annual summer musical. Providing children with unique experiences that they might not otherwise have is incredibly important to me.

COMMUNITY THEATRE PERFORMER
I have been actively involved in community theatre since 2008, both performing and assisting with various productions. One of my standout roles was Brooke Wyndham in the 2018 production of Legally Blonde: The Musical at Pinewood Performing Arts. I've also had the pleasure of performing with the Lincoln Community Playhouse and Angel's Theatre Company. For me, community theatre goes beyond auditioning and performing; I contribute by building and painting sets, as well as setting up lighting and sound equipment before a show opens. Each production feels like a family experience.
Being involved in the community is a powerful way to express your commitment to making a positive impact. I have regularly contributed to local arts by performing and assisting with productions. I enjoy entertaining at birthday parties as Disney princesses, spreading joy wherever I can. Additionally, I volunteered on the makeup crew for the University of Nebraska—Lincoln's film "Vipers In The Grass," featuring Harley Jane Kozak and Dean Winters. While it requires many hours of volunteer work, the results are always rewarding.
